It’s a must to have the Geek Squad protect and repair any of your items! It’s definitely worth it!

Never had issues with the Geek Squad. So far they have done the right thing for the electronics purchased at BestBuy

I didn't use the geek squad for this item, although I have heard so many good things about them and thier prompt services.I would definitely use them.

I bought an open box TV and it had a small burn spot. I called the service and they came out and fixed it. Now I basically have a brand new TV. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful!

Warranty came through, 100%! The Geek squad came through, huge!

Rather get the most out of your purchase why not be safe than sorry

So glad I got the extra protection. I don’t get it for every purchase, but this is one product I couldn’t protect against surges because of space limitations behind the product. If you can spend a little extra money on the major appliances/products then the protection is worth it.

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

I have not used this for my purchase recently, thoigh i will say my previous experiences with Geek Squad was useful to me.

Nothing better than the feeling of knowing if something goes wrong with it, it’s not only not my fault, but I don’t even have to worry about it!!!

I love the geek squad. It has always been a great investment. Peace of mind knowing it’s there if your product fails. When I have had to use the protection plan it has always been a seamless process with geek squad agents. I will not make any major purchase without having geek squad protection.

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

Quick service. Great Product and price. I love LG ...the TV was easy to set up and the sound and picture are great.

Agents set up my new tv. However, it was frustrating getting them to come to my house. Miscommunications happened several times. But, overall, techs were very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions.

NA did not use Geek Squad this time around. Sorry.
