Got me the 5 year warranty and it’s all worth it it covers the tv that I purchased for repair or replacement

I have had a previous geeks Squad plan and when my TV had issues they handled it in a timely manner and gave me the cost of the tv back since it could not be fixed

I will prefer this service for all advantages in case of something happen. The cost/benefits is excellent.

A must get when you buy a large TV 75 if it goes south then your covered

I’m very happy with there service very friendly and helpful best customer service I’ve ever had they really know how to keep there customers happy. Just wish there warranty prices was a little cheaper $500 for 5 year warranty for my oled c9 I think it’s a little steep

Worth every penny. My prior Samsung tv covered by Best Buy warranty. 2 months before end of warranty, tv screen leds went bad. I got a brand new tv at no cost. Will buy appliances from Best Buy AND have Best Buy extended warranty.

Although we couldn’t use them for most of the year because of the pandemic I would recommend them they know what they’re doing. I do believe anybody that had geek squad this year should have added service to the contract for the inconvenience.

They did a great job. Serviced my old tv and deemed it couldn’t be fixed and I got credit towards my new tv. Made the whole process super easy

Brought a protection plan with our 65 inch tv and so far we haven’t had a problem.

I will not purchase any other protection plan other than this. With geek squad I can enjoy my purchases.

I did not initially purchase Gerk Squad for my TV, but during the grace period we had an issue and needed assistance. Geek Squad showed up right on time!!

This is a good plan if you need service on a dishwasher, it beats paying it out of your pocket if you need to replace it or repair it.

It is a great price for two years of service to protect my TV. My only complaint would be that if you have an issue with a TV the wait time can be up to 4 weeks. For me living in a small place and having only one TV this is an issue.

Always a must for insecure people. There is always a chance that something will fail.. I like the assurance of Best Buy warranties.
