Having burn in protection allows me to use my TV in HDR mode without worrying or babying the brightest. For the price, 5 years of peace of mind is worth it.

Who,are you going to call after the manufacturer warranty ends? Best Buy Geek Squad, that’s who. They are the best and will be there when/if needed.

Recently purchased a High End Oled and had an issue, was able to return for replace placement and decided to get pieces of mind with this protection. Also saved a lot on this with Best Buy total tech support.

The Geek Squad mounted my equipment and were very professional. Installed my TV and Sound Bar very quickly.

Great visual quality plex has some issues unfortunately and the lack of game streaming apps is felt.

I had the Geek Squad protection for several years and only had to call on them 2-3 times. They were efficient and straightened out the issues over the phone and through my computer. It was nice to have someone who knew how to fix the issues without having to take my computer to the store.

After purchasing a Samsung 65 inch TV, I wanted it to be professionally calibrated. The calibration tech came to my house and calibrated my TV in about an hour. It looks AMAZING!!! Very professional. Highly recommended.

A must to have a good warranty/service program on your electronics. I highly recommend any of them.

I was able to get my tv worked on quickly and effortlessly at my request. The moment they realized it couldn’t be fixed I was quickly given the option to replace my tv and buy another protection plan for the new one. Everything was in a timely fashion and made to be quick and painless

I never usually get protection plans, but it was well worth it when some of my pixels went out. The process of replacing the TV was smooth, and technically was like getting an upgrade since a few years had passed.

Not only do we all want warranty on our stuff but who better to take care of my electronics then Geek squad. I’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t solved and if it got to the point where it could not be solved it was replaced no questions asked

The agent over the phone was very friendly about helping me with my broken tv to replace it with a new one. Once the delivery agent brought the tv however, he was not helpful about mounting the tv. I already have a TV mount but he would not help me mount it.

Geek squad has been such a help!! Wish i had gotten it sooner.. best buy has yet to let me down!
