Geek Squad agents are truly experts in computer diagnosis and repair. We have had several computers repaired by them over the last several years, and they always diagnose and fix the computer correctly the first time! We have recommended them to many friends!

I do buy coverage on items. The only thing that bothers me is that the first year, the coverage is actually covered by the manufacturer. So your paying of "two years"really only gives me 2nd year coverage. At least that's the way I understand it.

Best thing to get as a safe measure to protect a television from Any problem that may arise as a result of factory defect or product damage

When purchasing a $2000 Tv, always get it covered, Best Buy’s protection plan is supreme, even if your tv gets damaged in those 5 years and they fix it, they will still cover you for the remainder 5 years.

Easy to figure out how to work and downloaded all the apps I like so far. Enjoying all my free shows still. Haven't had to call them yet but good to have thr protection just in case.

The 1st agent installed and setup tv and did a thorough job of explaining to me how things work. 2d set of agents mounted tv and installed soundbar. Wish they would have left the manual on how to operate it.
