The agents haven’t helped me yet but I know Best Buy when I need them they will be there to assist in anyway!!!!!

Have yet to use my protection plan on anything but worth the peace of mind for the price I pay with my employee discount.

It’s always a good idea to get an extended warranty for your big appliance purchases just incase something goes wrong that way you can get tons our use out of your products.

I am very paranoid about oled burn in. After dropping 3k on a TV I want the piece of mind that my purchase is protected. Best buy covers burn in an display issues due to wear and tear. Worth it if your buying an expensive TV.

Warenty is great and easy to use if needed and they are nice

for big tv's this warranty is better than the manufacturers extended warranty. In some cases it may cost more, but the coverage is much better with geek squad than with LG's plan for TV's

The protection is well worth the cost of the package. When purchasing a high cost item and item company can't repair it, the warranty program will credit the cost towards a new item.

I haven’t used any kind of help from Geek squad, it’s good to hear that if I ever do in the near feature that it’s there at my convenience or until my due date expires.

We have always purchased the Geek Squad protection and had to only use them once for an appliance issue. No issues what so ever. Ease your mind and get the protection.

When my TV broke the Geek Squad was there for me very quickly and they were extremely helpful. I normally don't get department store warranties but with Best buy they stand behind their products
