Worth the money. Warranties are important and especially for technology.

Great warranty plan. Never a hassle and a great price

Oddly I'm being asked to review geek squad service when I have not yet had a need to use them.

This service is probably not for everyone, but was well worth getting for my tv.

This is the most money Iv ever spent on a TV so getting the protection plan seemed like a no brainer

After two years from purchase, the screen did not stay in sync with the source signal. Geek Squad, check out, replaced Screen with two home visits. Had to wait for screen to be delivered from supplier.

I've never had to use it but it gives me great Peace of Mind. The price is great for the coverage of warranty.

Best Buy does stand behind their products and warranties, whether a standard warranty or an extended. It is the same. They do try to work with their customers the best they can

Better safe to have protection than not to. T.V works so good i didn't need to report any problems.

Love it for kids It had a crack and the replaced ordered and had delivered to my house

This item gets lots of use. Five year protection at a very reasonable price.

I have used Geek Squad protections plans for as long as I can remember. For anything of high dollar value it is imperative to get the protection plan. I have had to use it a few times in the past and they went above and beyond for the service I needed.

I know they do quality work from previous encounters with them. Unfortunately due to the holidays and covid I have to wait over 2 weeks for a house call on a tb that died 2 weeks after purchase. They are always worth it though. Just backed up I suppose currently.

When dealing with any technology, a warranty is not something to pass up.

For the peace of mind on my budget TV, well worth the pruchase. I havent had to use it yet, but its like car insurance, if you dont have it and need then you will definitely regret it.
