Whenever I have a problem, the geeks squad is always on top of it. The staff has very good customer service skills, which is a plus in this pandemic area.

I haven’t had to make use of my Geek squad protection plan as of yet but based on the description of the plan, it seemed too good to pass up. Hopefully if I ever have any issues, bestbuy will honor this plan with little to no hesitation.

You can't not have a plan and this is a really long one to last through the years. Comes with the systems hardware malfunctioning on its own, but at 5 years, it's a necessary purchased for well cared for, and pricey, purchases.

The agent was able to remotely install the drivers for my printer on my pc. They were supposed to be installed with the original purchase, so kind of a net net zero.

I have this mounted on the wall of my bedroom. Very light and was easy to mount and get set up. Using wireless internet for Netflix. Color is awesome. Very crisp and clear picture. No complaints or problems. Covers for what I needed it for.
