Good for the price and peace of mind for the protection of my items

I couldn’t get customer support for a ThinQ App from LG. Good thing that I bought Geek Squad support. They were able to help replace the TV in home. The only negative was it took ONE MONTH for them to get to my home. I’m still waiting. Slooooow.

Definitely needed this for my tv, hung it on the wrong mount and it started glitching.

OLED televisions have gotten much better about image retention and burn in but it is still possible no matter what they tell you. Best buy service plan states in its coverage that it covers Burn in on OLED televisions and as far as I know nobody else does no matter what coverage they purchase. Televisions these days aren’t made to last no matter what brand you go with it and I’ve read tons of reviews of flagship TVs going dead with months of purchase and many just after the one year warranty expires. It cost a little extra but I feel better knowing I’m good for at least 5 years.

There pretty easy to get in contact with and they don’t make it difficult with their appointments like some other companies

The two guys went above and beyond I had a TV upstairs I wanted to take it downstairs to the rec room and they did it with no issues and they happily did it and it was they did a great job and I really appreciate it both my wife and I are handicapped so with them doing that really made our life easier

They are always there available, helpful and informative on issues that arise. I am lucky that I haven't had to use them too often but they are good at what they do.

I bought the warranty on my insignia tv I bought less than 2 years ago, thank goodness. There was definitely an array of issues surrounding getting my warranty service but it all worked out in the end. I have just bought another 5 year warranty on my new tv.
