It just one of those purchases you maybe don't need, but glad you have it when something goes wrong.

Getting a Best Buy warranty is always a good deal! With the smart tv's being a "fairly new" technology, I figured I couldn't go wrong with the fantastic Best Buy Geek Squard looking out for me for the next 5 years!!

Purchased the extra warranty on dryer. Haven’t had to use yet. But hopefully things will expedite fast anc simple when we need the help.

Bought a new Insignia TV for my daughter's grad gift and added Geek protection. Happy I made the investment and although she hasn't had to use it yet it's the security of replacement and repair that counts!

Bought this with our new TV. I have not used it until now and hope that I never have to use. But good to have the geek squad backing me up if needed.

I have not ever needed to use this protection. In my opinion, I rather have peace of mind than wish I did and have to pay for repairs.

This plan is good for 5 years I found it affordable because in case of my tv gets damaged that plan would help cover the costs

I haven't have to used it yet, but I love the peace of mind of knowing that I've gotten extended protection and my TV is covered for all and any damages.

I have purchased the Geek Squad for two items in my home. I am very pleased with the service I receive. I have not used my TV program as yet, since my TV is going very well. Geek Squad is for me.

Decent price, works well in my bedroom. Only thing I disliked was that i can not downlod hulu on it…

I bought this with hopes of never having to use it, but it gives me peace of mind knowing I'm prepared if something does go array. Well worth the money!
