Geek squad the best! Just can’t go wrong with them!

Haven’t had to use it yet and I hope I don’t but for the price seems worth it

Have had this before and it's well worth the price.

I always buy the protection plan when getting a new tv at Best Buy. It comes in really handy when you have problems with the tv. Best Buy would send out a tech to your house and it’s great! Would recommend this!

Excellent Warranty 5 year even though the tV has a 2 year warranty

We had to use the geek squad protection plan, but we are so glad we bought. They came right out and took care of all that we needed when our TV went out!

The agents mounted my tv and connected everything.

Our tv went out a week and a half ago, called Best Buy since we bought the warranty. They have given us (7!!!!!!) different appointment times for someone to come to our house and today makes 4 no shows for someone to repair, they say we can’t bring the 75in to the store because it’s over the 42in limit….. do not waste your money on the warranty because Best Buy DOES NOT fulfill it. We have talked to store managers, geek squad, repair guys, worst experience ever when it comes to fixing our crap

i've not used this yet but going by past experience from Geek Squad service ill always recommend especially for expensive TV purchases

They replaced tv with no issue, even upgraded me to a bigger size for free

Insurance for an investment. Can't beat the value of what you get. Haven't used it yet but coworker had to use it on a TV and after getting a lemon TV, BB gave him a newer and better TV that he had paid for.

Perfect to get what you need done. No complaints from me
