I have bought it before and used it. They will try to fix it the first time or up to three times before getting a voucher for new TV. Electronic parts are expensive without this protection.

We bought this for an expensive tv and so far, we haven't had to use it. We bought it for extra warrenty and protection.

Purchased as added security protection. So far have been impressed with protection plans.

after having several insurance claims for lightning strikes on our homeowners insurance this was a much better option instead of paying deductibles on the insurance claims

This is a necessary protection plan, a must have for this type of purchase. The price is reasonable.

Happy to have it in the event of a premature hardware failure.

Got this for a tv we bought our granddaughter at college so if anything goes wrong she can simply take back to Best Buy no problem.

I can say good or bad because I haven’t had to use the service. So I only gave it 4 stars but it’s good to have

we purchased a new Samsung TV, and decided that a protection plan was a good idea, so that we dont have to worry about sending a huge tv back to Manfacture. Best Buy will handle if a problem arises.
