I like the geek squads service when i need it for my tv

Haven't had to use it yet but Its better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it

We purchased this coverage with hopes that we won't need it but the price is reasonable for the peace of mind. Just in case.

I was told that I could buy this online, but after many support chats, in which I was told I could buy it online, I was told that I could not in fact buy it online and had to drive back to the store to buy it. (40 minute drive!) Very annoying that multiple employees and support agents had no idea the C2 had to have it's protection purchased in store.

Excellent service and product repair coverage. I would definitely purchase this coverage for items purchased in the future.

I have not had to use geek squad because the items I have purchased have not caused me any mechanical problems. The people in the geek squad are usually ready and able to answer questions.

Good to have to maintain a peace of Mind and sleep at night…

Basically if it breaks in 5 years Geek Squad fixes it what a deal. plus I got a really great deal with the total package.

Geek Squad rescued our laptop from some software contaimination. It was a relief to turn it over to them and get it back in two days, healthy as can be. Works great now.

Worth the money and tv go bad and got a new one with no hassle

I bought the 5 yr plan for an open box tv purchase. Hopefully I never have to use it, but it's good piece of mind.

Purchased the added protected to the piece of mind in case there is a failure after the manufacturers warranty expires. No regrets.
