Geek squad service is great for any issues you may have or need to get rectified.

So I bought the warranty for my 40 inch TCL on October of 2023. I called in cause I had a ghost image and I couldn't get any thing for local channels to work on this Tv and I tried 4 of them. So I called in and they said I had to bring it in or they could charge me to send repair out for service. I had a warranty that said you would never be charged?? So I just had shoulder surgery in May. It didn't go well and now in 2 weeks I am about to have my second surgery on my shoulder. I am older in my 60S. I brought the Tv in and the gentle said I wasn't supposed to bring it in. I would have to take it home and they would charge me. I have a warranty. I told my problem. Then he said he would check if they could replace it for me. Then he came back and said he would have to send it out for repair and it would be more than 2 weeks. I am having surgery and really need to have my Tv. I have always made Best Buy my first stop with TVs. I am going to replace my Tv in living room soon. But I am disappointed that not if I get my Tv I won't be able to install on wall with one arm. Just very disappointed with the overall process. I was hoping for a better outcome.

Peace of mind in case something happens to it. I was guaranteed that if anything happens to television it will be fixed. Nice to have it in payment with no interest!

I have not used this plan, but I imagine it would be great if I had a problem with my new TV inside of two years

Process for getting a new TV was very fast they really do replace anything you need I would totally get this again

I had to return my TV due to there being a dead pixel. Had 0 trouble doing that. Their custom support is superb.

the agents work fast and quick to resolve any problems. Will recommend this plan to everyone to be safe for any breakdowns.

I like knowing that if anything goes wrong. So far haven't had to use it but its good knowing that I have geek squad for the next 5 years if anything goes bad with th tv.
