    Geek squad is a great option to add on your electronics. I use them for years already and always works for me. The good thing is after 3 or 4 years if it breaks they will give you the store card and you just get back on again with new toy.

    Delivery was like a white glove service. They were on time exactly what I was told. We had a cart for them to use, but they carried it to my room. It was not their first rodeo.

    5 Year replacement Plan

    I purchased a samsung 4k TV back in August of 2016 and out of nowhere it went out in January in 2021. Luckily I had a 5 year product replacement plan on the TV. I was able to have the TV replaced and was given a full refund by best buy.

    I had such a pleasant man come and bring my tv. He was very knowledgeable about it. He kept me updated when he was going to be arriving and where he was at in his schedule.

    It’s worth it for the price. You will need to get the geek squad in case something happens to the TV or anything that you buy so it’s worth it.

    I have no problem picking up the Geek Squad Protection when I am investing in something significant - like this new 55-inch Sony 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. In today's world, where technology becomes obsolete so quickly - having five years of protection gives me the peace of mind I will be covered in case anything goes wrong during the "life" of my TV. Because in five years, I'll probably be buying a new one anyway.

    Depending on the cost, the extended warranties can be a life-saver. You have to weight the cost of the plan verses the cost of the product and the likelihood of failure...I almost always buy them.

    This is a great plan and is definitely worth the money. My last TV died after two and a half years and it was replaced for only $10 more because it could not be repaired. GET THIS PLAN WHEN YOU GET ANOTHER TV, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

    So because of my C1 TV just shutting off I decided to get this extra protection plan to protect my C2 TV for an extra year, hopefully I don’t have any problems so far so good

    Worth The Buy

    Although it took alot of holding of the phone & waiting in line at the store, all in all, I'd recommend this protection plan. If it weren't for the 2 year plan we purchased, I'd have to fork out at least $500 for a TV comparable to the one we had that just gave out. Instead, we received a $400 gift card to use towards a new one. I paid $150 out of pocket for the difference. Not bad at all. In fact, this time around I paid for the 5 year protection plan. It could use some streamlining as far as customer service is concerned but still worth the trouble I went through.

    We purchased the warranty on our new TV when our old TV started having issues less than 4 years old. The new one started having issues 14 months later, 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired. The geek squad warranty covered it completely. The only thing is that they don't give you credit for the amount you paid for the TV they give you the amount it's currently worth. But still well worth it.

    I have used these Geek Squad service agreements in the past. They stand behind their service agreements. I was able to replace a TV that did not live up to its advertisement. I was very grateful for the replacement TV. I am VERY happy that I purchased this service agreement.
