Just not long enough, seems like we should have went with the 5 year plan and all would have been okay

So happy to have this service. They have installed a TV, completed installation of a printer and wi fi in my home and installed a dishwasher. I have purchases planned for Christmas and Geek Sqaud is my definite go to.

i always get the geek squad prtection, you may never use it but when you need it it is there, the prior tv i bought it was a good thing i had this, the manufacture protection ran out geek squad replaced my tv with no questons

We bought this to go with our son's tv. We haven't had to use it, but it was a lot easier to enroll in and alot easier to use if we have to than other protection plans that we have had. Glad to know that it is protected if we have to use it period

Haven’t had to use for the tv however anytime in the passed I have had to use geek square they have been very helpful!!

Protect everything as long as you can...technology is always messing up.

It is very important to get these plans. Anything can happen to your products.

The TV was on sale, which made up for the price of the warranty. I haven't had to use it, so I'll update this review if I do. I generally avoid extended warranties, but QC on consumer electronics can be hit or miss depending on the brand.

The Geek Squad was very helpful and assisted me with all my questions.

This is just the best. Would buy again!! Best Buy is just the best enjoy buying my electronics here :-)

Agents who installed T.V did awesome and would recommend highly, I will say the program used to give equal trade value need to be more accurate on EQUAL service not DOWN GRADE to save money on a product you used INSURANCE CLAIMS on.

Geek Squad protection plan is great. Any questions about a device purchased at Best Buy they are always ready to answer. If a device needs to be replaced, with this protection is no problem. A piece of mind to have this protection.

Geek squad protection is a must for all Best Buy products it means no reason to pay double when inevitably something doesn’t work

I grabbed this two-year protection plan to add to the base coverage on the Insignia TV at the time of purchase. Having the additional "Geek Squad" protection gives me additional peace of mind (especially considering this unit was purchased for my son's usage. Bear in mind this coverage is only on the parts & labor - it does not provide accidental damage protection. Still, for my purposes, it was money well spent.
