I rarely get protection plans anymore. Best Buy is so wonderful at fulfilling a protection plan they are worth the cost on more expensive purchases. Best Buy has the best customer service of any store I've ever dealt with.

I always get the extra insurance on used items. Totally worth it if things go wrong.

Everything works well and I will refer anyone to Best Buy for your electronics

Unfortunately I had no need to use the geek squad during the 2 year warranty, however I'm sure if I had they would've been great.

I was hesitant switching to Roko but ended up pleasantly surprised. We love our TV. Bought another one for the bedroom.

very professionally done in a timely manner its been six months and since the installation of my wall mounted 50 inch tv and no issues yet.

The two year plan was priced at a good rate. I feel this was a great buy.

I had a TV that went out and I needed to get it replaced. I called geek squad and they came out and replaced my TV for me so I do recommend getting a protection plan.

I've had the Geek Squad protection ever since I bought my last PC and keep renewing it when due. I don't use it very often but it has really paid off to have it when I did need it. They always have the answer!

I purchased Geek Squad protection for peace of mind on my Best Buy purchases. Ive used it before, and it gives you your moneys worth for sure. Spend a little extra and get the coverage.

I get geek squad coverage with almost all purchases from best buy. Making a claim is so easy. Either repair or replacement it's way better than having to pay full price for a new item.

My last TV had issues and thank goodness I had the protection plan. My TV had to be replaced. It was done quickly and the people were professional and well trained.
