I'm so glad I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my 55" insignia Fire TV. I had to exchange for another one after a month and then exchange again for an upgraded brand.

The most famous consumer tech-support service is undoubtedly Best Buy's Geek Squad. Geek Squad is also arguably the most polished computer-help service, offering not only online help, but in-store and at-home repair services, too. It's also the least-expensive service I've tested and includes a license for top-notch security software. Geek Squad technicians, on the whole, delivered the best results among the services tested, and they didn't pester me to purchase additional products.

Not one for much with warranties because they always seem to have so many terms. This warranty provided by the Geek Squad seems like the real deal a no worry warranty backed by Best Buy. I used this warranty in the past and was happy with the service

We purchased this 5 year plan to accompany an Insignia 24 inch TV purchase. This TV was replacing 2 LG TVs that were in the same place that lasted a little over a year. So TV number 3 in about a 3-4 year period. The price was reasonable though and whether the old TVs were subject to a power surge or not, we felt the price of the protection plan was worth it this time even though we were purchasing $100 TVs.

It s good t have extra protection when offered. This dhows customer satisfaction in case something goes wrong..Satisfied customer generates more orders, more NEW customers Thank you!

These plans are a great value for protection against burn-in on OLED TVs. Only $160 for 5 year protection on LG C2 42. Highly recommend. I owned a CX for 3 years and had no burn in (gave that one to my sibling now), but always great to have the peace of mind. Better safe than sorry!

I got this protection plan just in case anything happens to my $1000+ tv. Best Buy has it all.

I LOVE my new tv. I didn't need the geek squad to hang it.

Got a 50 inch TV a few years ago back in 2018 the screen was recently damaged on the TV thanks to geek squad 5 yr protection plan I was able to have my older TV replaced with a Newer model for only 20 diollar I highly recommend everyone purchase geek squad protection plan you new know when you may need it.

Within three months of my tv purchase, I had to use the Geek Squad service when I dropped the remote control in my coffee. Their help was immediate and I was able to get a replacement within a week. I always get this coverage whenever I make a purchase.

Moved a couple times over the last two years. TV stopped working and BB replaced it fast.

Seemed like a good idea to get the extended protection.

The salesman at Best Buy in Germantown (Mr. G..." ) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He took time to explain the importance of purchasing a warranty for my 24 " televisions. I did purchase three warrantees. I appreciate his assistance and would definitely recommend him to also help my friends and colleagues with purchasing items at Best Buy..

TV quit after a few days. They brought out a new one and set it up for us. We bought the tv to replace one that was less than 3years old that had quit. It was a different brand and we had not purchased the extended warranty. Great piece of mind and we were real pleased with the knowledge of the Geek Squad.

I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.
