Warranties are great to ensure your product's lifeline. So far i didn't need it so far, but it's always a good investment, you never know what could happen and best buy's warranties have solved some issues in the past when i needed ;)

For example, the TCL TV setup was quick and efficient, and the technician ensured everything was working perfectly, including the Smart Fire TV features. Similarly, the PS5 Slim setup was handled with care, and the technician even walked me through some of the console’s features. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service can be a bit pricey, especially for minor issues that might be resolved with a little more time and research. Additionally, scheduling availability can sometimes be limited, depending on your location. Overall, Geek Squad is a trustworthy service for those who want peace of mind and professional assistance with their tech needs. I’d recommend them to anyone who isn’t tech-savvy or simply doesn’t have the time to handle setup and repairs themselves.

Bought this to use on my Series S, manual settings on the console will allow this TV to run at 1440p and 60Hz, even though TV is listed as 1080p. No HDR and only 60Hz, CEC is nice but the 1440p was a surprise. Speakers are downward facing and if something is under the TV it will sound acceptable, when playing music the loudest I have gone is 15 and while gaming I usually keep it at 10 or 7, it goes to 100. With a wall mount attached the TV screen sits out 5" from the wall, bezel is about as wide as a BIC lighter (thinnest point of lighter). No smart functions, no ethernet or wifi, but you can update the firmware with a USB stick and menu settings if need be in the future.

The 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection Plan is absolutely worth it. It provides excellent coverage and fast, hassle-free service when something goes wrong. Geek Squad staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help. Knowing my product is protected for years gives me total peace of mind. Highly recommended!

Can’t beat it. Something not working the way it did when you got it? Take it back and get another one. No mailing anything off. Which is why I get all my electronics from Best Buy and not anywhere else

I never use to purchase extended warranties and for some unknown reason I purchased one on a laptop, I'm glad I did i cracked the screen and everything was covered from then on I get one evertime, if you divide the cost over 5 years it's not bad

This TV replaced an old one that did not stream and since we dropped Direct TV because the price was ridiculous and we went to all streaming for 1/3 the cost we had to get a new TV. This roku TV is wonderful. Has a much better picture than the old one and a GREAT price

Nothing bad to say at this time. The price was good.....$79.99 for five years coverage ( no accidental coverage ). Everything else is covered and they'll come to your house to fix it.

We are two seniors, 80 and 83 years old. We have seen so many changes in technology in our lives that it’s very hard to keep up. The geek squad understands our limitations and has resolved our problems effectively.

Amazing warranty replacement plan. However if you could speak to someone who spoke English that would be great. These people overseas kept screwing up things until I got to speak to someone state side that took care and fixed everything

I really like the product, the color is fantastic and the is amazing. I only find it difficult to setup Lg account. But eventually I got it and I am still installing some apps. But I found Netflix on the remote but any time I tried to download it I don’t get it. But I like the product.

Can't go wrong with a 5 year warranty on your bigger investment in your house. Have used Geek Squad previously and was happy with their customer service.

Best warranty and service for the price. Geek squad deliverd my tv to replace a faulty one after 2 years. They even removed and took the old tv with them.

The Tv in these last couple months has been performing fantastically. The colors and images are so good I cannot recommend it enough if you are debating on it. I choose the largest size but it does come in a smaller one in case you wanted something more manageable space wise. All and all tv has been great , no issues with it, compatible with my set up and has no disappointed me yet

The guys were great! They took one look at my television and knew that they had to call it in. Within an hour, I was notified that my television had to be replaced. Having the protection plan was the best thing I could have purchased, along with the television.
