    As a person who has had to replace newer yet broken TVs in the past, I knew I wanted to purchase the support plan this time. Though I have not needed to request service, I appreciate the peace of mind.

    I could go both ways with geek squad. I have taken in laptops with starting/power issues. Because they happen to start once while the unit is there its fine. Not always. I have had a tech come to my house to repair a tv. The TV didn't work when they came, and worked when they left. But, certain features were never the same or non existant. The tech pulled my control board, looked at it and then the replacement. Apparently the numbers didn't match because he held it in position and had to check that all the connections were the same. The TV just wasn't the same afterwards. Slower, and the picture quality was not the same. I really believe that the replacement board was for a lesser model of the same TV. As far as the warranty that I always purchase on big electronics, I couldn't be happier except when sub standard parts are used. They did end up replacing that tv though. The screen finally went bad and hisense doesn't offer replacement screens. Or didnt at that time.

    I wouldn't ever want to be without the Geek Squad. They make it so easy to take care of any issues. You invest a lot of money so add a little more protection on your hard earned money.

    We purchased this option as to protect this $1000 unit. We had a great Samsung for 2 years with no Geek protection from BB. Any item that has potential of under-life potential will have this morning forward.

    If that's what you want, try the protection, but most Insignia TVs really don't require it (my personal opinion).

    I love that u can buy expensive things and add a 2 year warranty for guaranteed protection for while! Buying new and expensive things is hard but having a warranty eases a lot of that tension

    I bought this for my daughter and her fiancé to cover her new TV. I’m going to count on this to identify the problem with this new TV which created three spots across the screen.

    The Geek Squad protection is a must, especially if you buy a lot of technology like I do. It’s a small investment versus replacing a washer, large appliance or expensive item from Best Buy. The Geek Squad was super helpful when I needed someone to help me install my 65-inch TV. It’s a smart investment.

    As always best buy prices on their TV with a great service plan is the best I've seen out of all the other electronic stores. Product plan with geek squad is like true family

    This was an easy add on for me. I do not have to worry about the lifespan of the TV and will be supported if anything were to occur. I am not tech savvy so appreciate the protection.

    I purchased the five-year standard Geek Squad protection when I bought my new TV because I like the feeling that if anything goes wrong with my TV in that period of time, I'll have the sense that the Geek Squad will fix any problems they may incur during that period of time

    I highly recommend purchasing the Geek Squad warranty for all electronic devices. If they can't fix it, they will replace it. It's a win for the price. Buy the warranty when you shop at Best Buy!

    Just like an OLED hand down

    Closes TV to an OLED I've seen, just got to mess around with some of the setting to get the highlights and darks balanced out and you will be blown away with the how deep the contrast and colors are. This TV replaces my 2017 65" LG OLED in the living room that's how good this TCL is.

    Its a protection plan for your TV. Recently had to put it to use when mine randomly died. Told them what happened, they printed a receipt and I went and grabbed a new one completely painless!

    Love this tv as it has a bright and colorful display with deep blacks given it’s an OLED. Supports for PS5 was a must and this was a solid choice. Alexa doesn't turn on/off the tv however. Does work with smart cameras. If only Best Buy and Geek Squad had sent a notification email about the 60 day extended warranty limit from the day the Warentee I purchased ran out I would be stuck without any Warentee on this investment.

    Cheap price for peace of mind. 200.00 or 2000.00 i'd always protect my purchase. Your only brokenhearted when it breaks and you wish you had of.
