Always add protection with quality thease days to prevent problems

I will be taking my TV in for service today to figure out what the solid light issue is.

While I have not needed to use these services for the product I just bought, I have had to use the Geek Squad services before. They have always taken care of my needs and I will not have a major purchase without it. Geek Squad protection is one of the main reasons I purchase all of my electronic devices at Best Buy.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

I read great things about Geek Squad protection for OLED TVs. I got a G3 77 inch recently and this is super critical as backup just in case.

Some folks believe that the Geek Squad Protection plan is just another gimmick to get more money from the customer. Its like any insurance. You purchase it hoping never to have to use it.

We are so grateful to these young fellas installing our 60"LG tv..they were very careful and polite. They make connecting all those awful wires a breeze. They were very patient with us and walked us thru installation and operating our new screen and remotes several times til both my husband and I understood. They are well worth their cost!

Geek extended warranty is a great addition to ensure a few years of maintenance free.

Have always had great service with Geek Squad. Never had any pushback or issues when bringing things in.

This is a general comment not specific to this particular purchase they were on a problem for me then went out of their way to try to help me so I really appreciated that just don’t lose what you have covered with the geek squad in your problems will be minimal

The coverage provided by this service gives a peace of mind that is unparalleled, and for a length of time that I’ve never seen with any other store warranty and certainly not at this extremely affordable price point.

They were able to diagnose the problem on the phone and able to come out to fix the problem in 2 days.

This product is some great stuff although I don’t necessarily like to shop at Best Buy there are when you really want to get a good deal and you can’t finance anywhere else for the same price as far as washing machines/drawers go they are terrible

I absolutely LOVE my MAC computer. .it does everything I need it to do for home and work life. I couldn't have made a better decision for a desk top.

The Geek Squad has been there every time I have had problems with my computer. Never a hassle about how it happened or who did what. Only once I had to bring my computer in to the store for them to repair it because I had really screwed it up. Otherwise they can usually repair it over the phone for me. Three cheers for the Geek Squad.

Any time that I go to buy on Best Buy is one of the main reasons that make go there and buy the products, because if any time I had any problem with any of the items that I bought there, the service was just incredible!. Even in some case the change my camera for a new one!.

The geek squad protection plan provides great peace of mind. New Tvs are more advanced and fixing them can be expensive. It is likely you could buy a new TV for the price to have it fixed. Geek squad protection plan covers everything but theft and physical damage.

Happy to report that I have not utilized their servicess yet. All my purchases have continued to function as promised. Be even more happy if 2 yrs. from now I report the same thing. It is comforting to know that I have this service in the event I need it. Better to be safe than sorry ($$).

The Geek squad team are awesome! I hate that I waited so long to get their help. I get nice guys that know tons of stuff. They have helped me with setting up a new laptop, got my old printer to communicate with my new laptop and did the greatest job on my install of new wall mounted tv with sound bar. Great guys!!!

Knowing the TV was going into a bedroom was bothering me so I decided to get the warranty as a precaution.
