Just not long enough, seems like we should have went with the 5 year plan and all would have been okay

Helping with tv and ect had no problems with no warranty here

Haven’t had to use for the tv however anytime in the passed I have had to use geek square they have been very helpful!!

It is very important to get these plans. Anything can happen to your products.

We bought this to go with our son's tv. We haven't had to use it, but it was a lot easier to enroll in and alot easier to use if we have to than other protection plans that we have had. Glad to know that it is protected if we have to use it period

Purchased 5 year warranty that was to expire in Dec 2020 when we bought our Visio television in 2015 and we started having trouble with other and the company sent by the Geek Squad couldn’t fix it we got a 65” Visio and repurchased a new warranty on the new tv

Are you really going to consider not getting the protection plan? Geek Squad is great and this plan gives the peace of mind of knowing that your purchase is protected outside of the flimsy manufacturer warranty that requires so much hoop jumping to get validated! Come on, for the price, it is a foolish thing to not purchase it.

So happy to have this service. They have installed a TV, completed installation of a printer and wi fi in my home and installed a dishwasher. I have purchases planned for Christmas and Geek Sqaud is my definite go to.

i always get the geek squad prtection, you may never use it but when you need it it is there, the prior tv i bought it was a good thing i had this, the manufacture protection ran out geek squad replaced my tv with no questons

Better coverage than other place’s protection plan

They do such an amazing job they are so smart and fast and helpful very energetic and get the job done

The TV was on sale, which made up for the price of the warranty. I haven't had to use it, so I'll update this review if I do. I generally avoid extended warranties, but QC on consumer electronics can be hit or miss depending on the brand.

Geek squad protection is a must for all Best Buy products it means no reason to pay double when inevitably something doesn’t work

Terrific and easy to set up...added a roku and we are in business...works great with xbox as well
