I think it is a really good product. I had an issue with a Sony TV and fortunately I had the five-year protection plan through Best Buy and they warranty the TV out for me.

Geek service stepped up and handled my screen protector installation and there quilty of service is amazing .b

I added the Geek Squad 5-Year Protection Plan when I bought my new TV, and I’m really glad I did. A year in, the screen started flickering out of nowhere. One call to Geek Squad, and they had someone scheduled to check it out right away. No stress, no back-and-forth. They ended up replacing the TV without any hassle. The whole process was smooth, and they actually stood by what they promised. It gave me real peace of mind knowing I didn’t have to eat the cost of a big purchase if something went wrong.

5 -year extend extended warranty, have not had to use . Reading all the paperwork seems like it’s very straightforward and easily to use.

I've reached out to them over the TV that wasn't delivered at the time because I did not receive a phone call or email about the service. When it was canceled. They reached out, communicated with me and properly corrected issue.

Having done all of the necessary research and finally deciding on the C4, I expected to be happy with a great picture. I was not. I was astounded with the sharpest and most colorful panel I have ever seen. Seeing a demo of an OLED panel on a LED/QLED panel is worthless. It can look pretty, but you have no idea what you are missing by not seeing it on a OLED. I also use my C4 as a PC monitor for gaming. It has a fantastic refresh rate and gaming is flawless. Finally, the ATMOS speakers are perfect. The 2+2 setup delivers powerful sound that is crisp and clear. I am so happy with this purchase I cannot give the TV enough stars.

I've been using Geek squad since 1987 and i loved there service. They fixed my Computer and an old laptop that i was updated over and over and now its done

The protection plan makes me feel safe that the tv will be working in top condition for at least 5 years.

Just what I needed to make sure everything goes right a backup plan and it's five year plan is that backup plan..

This service protection plan was lessexpensive and year longer than the Samsung direct plan. Also more convenient sine Geek Squad is everywhere!

This was good. After the 2nd TV that stopped working in 7 months I requested a refund from Samsung, Samsung representative said we had to take the TV off the wall we were unable to remove the TV ourself. When our new TV arrive Marcus and Caleb were so kind as to remove the TV and place it in the box for Samsung to pickup. This crew with the Geek Squad is the best, Professional, Respectful and Very kind.

The team was courteous, professional and personable. Whenever allowing strangers into your home, at baseline you don’t want folks giving you “the ick”. Well the team was outstanding and the setup was done much faster had my ego insisted that I could do it.

Good value and I hope I never have to use it but , there is peace of mind knowing if something happens they will take care of it.

Decided to go with this just in case….but we’ve had Roku before with no issues. But for the price, I think it’s worth it. Hopefully we won’t need it.

Well worth it considering most new TV’s only last 5-7 years tops. This way I am covered and can maybe save money in long run.
