When I bought my last TV geek squad replaced my TV with no questions asked when they could not repair it because I purchased the protection plan and will continue to get the added protection while under the 5 year plan!

We always purchase the geek squad insurance it’s reasonable and it’s worth it. I recommend it to everybody.

love the Geek Squad. They really have saved me Alot of times. They have saved my computer by either doing major overhauls or helping me over the phone with computer issues. Great techs when needing home service.

I have not yet had to call upon the Geek Squad; after all, the TV set is just out of the box. It was time-consuming and overly complicated to set-up the TV, but I did not think my Geek Squad protection plan covered set-up; and it doesn't. Without the 5-year Protection Plan I would have passed on this major purchase. Not yet having the need to summon the Geek Squad, I am not in a position to evaluate their service by way of either speed or competence. I hope never to have to summon them.

Can't go wrong with protection plans. Worth every penny.

They definitely took car of me as soon as possible

I bought a flat screen that stopped working after a year and I was still able to return and get a brand new one. Without the extra support returns/exchanges only last 15-30 days so it was definitely worth the extra money.

Greatest service I’ve ever received. The technician was very knowledgeable and the service was fast and far.

Haven't had to use it yet but glad I have it! I have had experience with electronics malfunctioning.

They loaded the tv into my car and helped me pick it out he answered all my questions and even helped me open a Best Buy card was a very nice man and I appreciate how professional and kind he was

I always purchase the add on warranty on expensive purchases just as a safety measure. Although I have never had to use one yet, the way I see it is better safe then sorry

So far, no problems, I like the Geek squad very much. This is why I purchased this product from best buy. I bought the 5 year warranty so I hope the freezer lasts this long. It is a nice side for my manufacture home.

Well, haven't had to use the protection plan but my last TV lasted 14 months, and was not going to risk it again.

What more could you want out of a 5 year replacement plan you can literally can switch it out for a brand new TV whatever electronic you want with whatever problem is having greatest investment over

We purchased the 5yr protection plan with our original TV in 2014. We had to bring the TV in 3 times for issues. The last time they had to junk it and gave us a new one with absolutely no hassles. We've purchased the same warranty for this new one. Well worth the $59.99!

My first and only encounter with the Geek Squad was only to ask a few questions. The tech who came to chat, Butch, was very willing and able to answer all my questions with very knowledgeable answers. I would not hesitate to chat with the squad again. Thanks for the service.
