A warranty that you want to have, security if you have a problem they will address quickly if there's a problem but I never had any problems with Samsung TVs.

They were booked out a month, but with things being the way they are these days, I understand. I needed their help to finish setting up our TV. I was so glad we bought the coverage! The way electronics are built these days, I always opt in for the insurance. The tech was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable! I only wish they had more knowledgeable customer/phone support. My issue probably could have been solved over the phone.

Im an insignia fan. I actually purchased a used 65" right before I got married. Uhm 09 i figure. I bought this tv on sale last summer because the sound was going in and out on the old one. I was more than happy when I found this on massive sale!

I had geek squad protection on my previous two televisions. Both TVs went out at about four years old. They could not find parts to repair either television so they simply reimburse me the full price I paid for the TV. What more could you ask for.

I have boughten many electronics from Best Buy over the years. However, I would recommend purchasing extended warranty coverage just incase. I did have a couple repairs done in the past. They were very satisfactorily performed with a high degree of professionalism. Be sure to purchase a Geek Squad Protection plan for all troubleshooting, service needs and operational advice.

When I invest in a big-screen tv, I want to protect my investment! That's why I always buy a Geek Squad Protection Plan! I've needed to use the warranties on several occasions, and the experience was very satisfactory. Sometimes they replaced the item, refunded the purchase price, or repaired the item. I actually have a 3 1/2 year old blu ray player in the Geek Squad shop right now--under a 4-year extended warranty that I purchased for the item! This time they are repairing it, but that's fine with me. It's so nice that after using it for 3 1/2 years, now that it's not working my extended warranty is kicking in and more than paying for itself!!!

I've never made a large purchase at Best Buy w/o the Best Buy Standard Geek Squad Protection service. A Best Buy Geek Squad Agent recently determined my Sony XBR-70X-850B had a bad panel / display after two years. I was provided a phone number to call for a replacement. Although I wasn't given "full credit" or what I paid for the TV two years ago, it was close to what I paid two year ago. I asked about upgrading to the Sony XBR-75X940D, and to my surprise, I was able to apply the "credit" towards a brand / model that was a "step-up" from what I had. Within 10 days, I had my new TV (Sony XBR-75X940D) delivered by two Best Buy Geek Squad agents and set up in my home. I won't ever go without the 5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection plan.

THE INSTALLER WAS AWESOME. THEY GOT EVERYTHING HOOKED UP TO ONE REMOTE WHICH MAKES IT SO EASY TO USE. MY HUSBAND LOVES IT. THEY WERE POLITE AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. GREAT JOB GUYS.

This is a fan favorite for me. Best Buy is the only place I buy electronics because of this service.
