Having used on my newest purchase but hey I got 5 years, I used the geek service before never had an issue.

Haven't had any need to utilize, but have in the past and received great service.

This is a great (refundable) option if you want protection. Bought it for my last TV and when we relocated and left the TV behind, Best Buy prorated my refund and I got a good chunk of change back, so my warranty fee wasn't wasted on something I no longer owned! Great way to go for peace of mind protection.

My tv picture died just a few months before the 5 years was up. I was given an e-gift card to use toward the purchase of a new tv. The reason for only four stars is that I made multiple long phone calls to get it straightened out. It shouldn’t have taken me so long to get the credit for the covered item.

Glad this is an option they are great, any services need 10/10

Have no reason to use them yet. But I’m sure if and when I need their service they will be well knowledgeable

I love having the peace of mind that I can get service without a large out of pocket expense. This warranty replaced one of my previous TVs.

If you’re making a major purchase. Check the manufactures warranty , then consider getting a Geek Squad Warranty. It covers just about everything for a TV. Why buy a Higher end TV and trust that nothing will happen. It might not But what if it does. Is it worth the repair cost? Hopefully I will never need to use it. But if something goes wrong I’m pretty much covered.

If I ever have to use the Geek Squad warranty I’ll feel confident if they all are as competent, knowledgeable and courteous as Kelyn.

The customer service I received was favorable The geek squad replaced my TV with a newer one and delivered it right into my living room. They were friendly.

Well it’s protecting so that’s good! Haven’t had to use it so that’s even better

Exellent! So glad I did this. Pros fast, came out and diagnosed within a week, replaced my tv great customer service stateside. WELL worth the cost. Cons call center transferred overseas dropped calls twice after long wait times. Couldnt purchase protection plan over the phone for replacement had to go into Best Buys store to repurchase.

Haven't had to use Geek Squad yet for any broken items but have purchased open box items in the past that they have certified and the items are always exactly as described so they seem to know how to rate items and what comes with and how to use a device. Geek Squad was also instrumental with getting me a refund on an installation gone bad on my dishwasher (note - Geek Squad wasn't the installer).

I like the sense of security you get by having the geek squad warranty

I had a five-year plan on my previous TV which went up unexpectedly. It took a couple weeks to have the TV looked at but they found it done. When they issued the replacement they gave me full value towards the new one. I actually upgraded my TV from the 50 inch switch died to a new 55 inch same brand for about 30 bucks!

terrific to add security if something breaks down and hoping it never needs to be used

5 years of protection is a must! Especially if you're buying expensive OLED TVs
