Have not used as of yet for the TV product. Nor have I used for any purchases. However if something were defective or to go bad, this is a must have for repair or replacement.

Excellent product good quality and professional service

Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

I haven't needed them lately, but the Geek Squad is always there to answer any questions.

I purchased this for a 70" television I bought from Best Buy. I will have 5 years of coverage. I have had several of these plans before but only had to use one on a Yuneec drone I got a couple of years ago. If they are as nice with my TV plan as they were with the drone I should have no problems.

This is a new TV so we haven't had to call geek squad on it. But I bought a TV for another family member recently, and purchased the geek squad protection. It was well worth it they came out to their apartment and took care of the issue. It was a factory defect and Best Buy stood behind The geek squad coverage

Best chioce if you have kids in your home..they cover all major issues and breakage

Worth having it, and you can get a pro-rated refund if you don’t need it anymore.

Oled is amazing! Owned for months and I don’t think I could go back to any other panel type. Great for all content, especially gaming!

2 year protection plan is great! I don't normally need them, as after doing a bit of research helps me buy a quality product, but if something does happen....you get a gift card for the actual cost of the item that no longer functions to be used for whatever you want from Bestbuy!

Good extended warranty for a good price hopefully I’ll never have to use it

Our first large screen TV developed an issue after only 3 years. It had to be replaced. The last two years, we had multiple visits from Geek Squad trying to keep TV working. Finally bought a new one and bought this program because large screens not as reliable and require more maintenance....

Oh the peace that 5-years without having to worry about paying for television repairs brings. Replaced my 2015 Samsung with the 2020 Samsung because it’s screen was going bad. Wished I had bought this security back then, but I never thought I’d need it. I knew better when I bought the new tv.

Hopefully I won’t have to use this it’s like buying insurance

I had a problem with my tv. A part was ordered by symptom over the phone. When I received the part a technician came out and installed the part. It did not repair the problem. The tv was actually replaced with a tv with a larger screen and better features than my set. I am completely satisfied.

I always purchase one of Best Buys extended warranties. They are always helpful on the phone when I need them. They are responsive and fast with service. My worry is always that a company is going to find some loophole to not honor an extended warrantly, but Best Buy always comes through.

I’ve never had to use this thankfully but I purchase it and out it on anything I get. Id rather be safe than sorry bc I’ve been very sorry before when something has broke and there was not a single thing I could do.

The warranty is well worth it they honored my last extended warranty as promised. You never know when you will need it.
