Necessary coverage. Worth purchasing to protect our tvs

Glad I purchased this extra insurance. I feel so much more comfortable about my purchase knowing that I have this.

Geek Squad has always come through for me in the past, it just made sense to go with the protection plan on this purchase as well!

First TV I purchased didn't work. Geek squad checked it real quick to verify the problem. Was quickly replaced by the technician.

I know, I know. "these plans are for suckers" All I have to say is that with out the plan on my old unit Id be shelling out $1000+ to buy a new one. All i had to do was call Geek Squad and they sent someone out to fix it. A week later they said they couldn't get the part and and told me to go into the store and pick out a new one. very easy process

I rated this excellent because of the peace of mind it gives. I haven't used it yet, but I know it is there if I need help with my new laptop.

An extended warranty from BestBuy is a great idea for expensive items like refrigerators. I used it once for the ice maker and later when the compressor went out. After a couple of repairs, they decided to replace the whole refrigerator. Thank goodness I bought the extended warranty!

Be assured, it's your Best Buy! Don't worry if you're not a Geek! The Geek Squad has your back!

It is a must unless you are a computer guru yourself. I have used them multiple times fir some minor glitches with new computer. They are available if you call at less busy times of the day and know what they are doing to get your computer running as it should again.

This is always great to have a extra piece of mind.

I purchased a 40" Sony with extended warranty. At about month 14, std warranty ended at month 12, I suffered a lightning strike that took out my TV. I brought it in to Best Buy, they shipped it off for analysis and they gave me a full credit. I used that credit plus some cash to purchase a new Sony 65" XBR 4k TV. Awesome pic.

The tv quality itself is great. The speaker is decent but i did pair it with a bose sound bar instead. Took a star off because the remote is cheaply made and has to be paired if you change the batteries.

The agents handle my TV magnificently they took it out of the box and plugged everything in for me

We depend on the Geek Squad to help us when we have issues we cannot resolve on our own. Having the Service gives us peace of mind and the squad members are always courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and available.

Hope i don't need the protection. I wonder if they give you extra time if you have to wait a month for something that was in stock.

The replacement plans with Best Buy are great. If anything happens you just bring the item back and get a gift card to repurchase or you can purchase something else.

There is no other store that provides the same protection as Geek Squad. I get it on everything I buy! They make it so simple, and if I ever have a problem, I feel safe. I have had to replace 2 different items in the past year. With other stores, i feel like I am being interrogated. Not at Best Buy. Here's the problem, here's the replacement. Done!
