I love the protection plans they offer they are the best that’s why I always get one on anything they let me it’s worth the money and it’s so fast if you ever need to use it

Purchased along with my daughter's new desktop. Though I haven't used them particularly for this product, I've used them in past times. Geek Squad associates are always pleasant and efficient. They always come through when you need them.

I think the protection plans are best because they cover everything and geek squad doesn’t cover certain things on your tv so get the protection plan covers everything!

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

So happy to have this service. They have installed a TV, completed installation of a printer and wi fi in my home and installed a dishwasher. I have purchases planned for Christmas and Geek Sqaud is my definite go to.
