I bought the 2020 LG GX OLED and was a little concerned about any possible burn in, and with the 5 year geek squad protection available i will get a new tv if this happens so it was well worth the extra expense.

The agents set up my tv along with the DVD player and amplifier; all products that I purchased were Sony. I do recommend purchasing Sony products because of the quality especially when you have the geek squad install them.

I would recommend their protection plan to anyone. We had a TV that went bad and there was hassle with the Geek squad replacing it. I have told everyone that I know that it is well worth the money for the protection

If you buy any electronics, it is a must that you purchase the Geek Squad plans. In the event something goes wrong, you can count in Geek Squad to either repair or replace your item. This saves you a lot of money in the long run.

We've always gotten the protection plan and more often than not we've used it within the 5 year time line. Great service, love the Geek Squad!

Have always shopped at Bestbuy because of geek squad.Great service and staff .Haventbdisappointed us yet at least not at University Bestbuy in Florida.I’m confident all others won’t disappoint either. Hopefully new yearly service is just as well as monthly per item service.

for tv it was kind of brutal . The tv was broke the guy had to come out and change the main board in the tv before giving us a new tv. So this took almost 2 months. We did not have a tv for almost 2 months Every time they came they had to replace the same thing ... The tv was 500 dollars instead of replacing it they spent 3000 on 3 boards that did not work, whatever they had to pay the guys to come out and work every time for 2 hours, This was honestly ridiculous. Nothing made sense. luckily we finally got the replacement after the 3rd time and thats the only reason we get 1 more star.

Purchased an LG-24" TV for child's college dorm room. She was able to call the GS to help her set up the TV. She was pleased with the information and instructions provided by the tech and they were able to get the TV set up quickly.

Had this service and really came through when our tv sound went out.

I read the list of coverage and decided to purchase the 5 year plan to cover my 60" television. If it fails, the plan will repair it. Looks like good insurance against an unexpected failure just in case. I always keep my products in good condition and for long periods of time.

Bought an expensive TV. screen went bad in 4th year well after manufacture warranty. Best Buy replaced with new TV INCLUDING INSTALLATION. I did some upgrading at the same time and paid for that. Great service and backup.

Purchased the geek squad five year protection plan I’m glad we did. Hopefully we have nothing wrong, but if we do, it’s worth it.

They helped me build my pc even when I came to them about 3-4 days in a row lol thanks guys!!

I almost always purchase the geek squad protection on my items and it has actually come in handy before. Very easy to use. I have peace of mind knowing I'm protected if something does happens to quit working or has an issue.

Ha ent had to use it for this item but im also assuming its no different from the time i have had to use the service , no hassles

Haven't had to use it yet but love the fact that If anything goes wrong they will come to me not the other way around

Fortunately I have not had to use this particular purchase but have used it on two previous TVs purchased from Best Buy and it was simple and trouble free.

Geek Squad service is so GOOD, you'll almost want your equipment to break down. Which it probably won't.Just, if it does, you can count on quick and fair resolution of any concern. Which is why I am loyal to Best Buy.
