I usually dont get the protection for anything, but since I saved so much money on the open box item I decided to get the protection so for whatever reason my gf TV will be repaired or replaced with little to no hassle. and since its added to your account dont really need to keep receipts since they can look you up in the system.

I've had to use the service in the past for other products. Having the service makes replacement much easier when problems arise.

Get a warranty! With the way electronics are now a day, its worth getting the warranty.

I’m glad to be able to get this 5-year warranty. My last tv only lasted about 5 years. The back lights went out. Better off buying a new tv.
