When you buy a TV or and appliances you need the five year warranty deals for just in case

The representative offered it and explains why should i get it but did not push me for it.

Having used other extended warranty from Geek Squad I always get one with any major purchase. It gives me peace of mind knowing for at least the length of the warranty I will always have a use able product. When you need it as I have had in the past, it sure felt like a wise decision afterwards.

Definitely worth it to purchase this for peace of mind especially given that the customer service is so top notch.

I have not use this plan, but i have used it on previous TV's. I was able to walk in with a dead tv and walk out with a new tv during those experiences. Not cheap, but good peace of mind.

I haven’t had to use it, but it is good to know if I do when the warranty is up it is there

Can not beat bestbuy tv warranty better than factory warranty bestbuy covers burn in. So forget Costco Walmart, sams ..bestbuy is place to purchase oled tv

Very, very reliable and patient. At first it was difficult to describe concern but they used their cell phone, took a picture and sure enough they were able to detect problem!

They replace the fridge without an issue but I lost food twice and sent li the form twice never was reimbursed. Talked to different mangers they even said they woukd send it and still never was reimbursed. So as far as that it fake and they wont reimbursed fir the food. All my lobster, dhrimp and steak never replaced 2 times. So dont wate your time filling ut iut becwuse that part is like scam.

geek squad has been extremely helpful and have been very patient with me. they’ll 100% get the job done

I had a 55" LG and a 2 year extended repair or replacement plan that I thought that I would not need, 18 months into it and the LG went south. They sent the Geek Squad out did an assessment and replaced the LG and no charge, so I upgraded in size and purchase a 5 year plan.

Added this service to my open box 65 inch 8K Samsung TV. So far the product exceeds all expectations!

I always feel like a fool when I don’t purchase the geek squad warranty especially after a year goes by and I break whatever it is! It should be law! If it’s over 200 bucks purchase the geek squad warranty!

As a Best Buy customer I’m very happy that I was given the option to add the two year Geek Squad security to insure my purchase of my Samsung 70” Television for a low price. Very satisfied as a Best Buy customer.

Got the warranty for a deal of a TV. Hoping that if my TV breaks out of the manufacture warranty this will save me some money.

The best option you can get. A lot of other places have similar options but Best Buy is by far the best choice.

Excellent service, In Puerto Rico, but the center call was not easy to me. I like to make the appointment direct in stores.

I normally don't buy extended warranties, but this warranty was a good value for the 5 year plan. Hopefully we won't need it, but I have peace of mind knowing the T.V covered if anything goes wrong.

This warranty is great to have. Especially when you need to know geek squad is available to help with making sure your tv has great service agreement.
