Everything seems excellent to me, it was free for the purchase of the TV

We bought this protection for our laptap and love that we can have geek squad check it for viruses and ensure it is running efficently.

They delivered the wrong TV but in 1 week, they made good on the return and brought us the right one. Now we are very pleased with the professionalism that they showed.

100% RECOMMENDED. this back up helps in many ways support tech and on value added to your equipment.

It is good to know that our tv is covered if there is a problem and they come to us.

I used Geek Squad protection services once in the past and was surprised how fast they fixed and shipped my item back. Since then i add their protection plan for my expensive purchases.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

Have only had my TV for about a month, but haven't had any problems. Always nice to have protection if needed, especially at a good price. Anytime I've dealt with Geek Squad they've always been prompt andvery helpful. Completely satisfied and will update if any problems occur.

When I was younger I thought protection plans were a rip off. As fast as new models are coming out, and TV being produced I highly recommend a protection plan through Geek a squad. They are quick to fix any issues and very customer friendly.

My suggestion is to always always get the protection plan

Never buy a product from Best Buy without a protection plan! Well worth every cent!
