I’ve always purchased the geek squad protection plan. I did end up using it on my previous tv and it was a life saver. So if you want some peace of mind I’d buy it

I normally don't have any problems with the products that I buy at BestBuy(not an employee) Lol, but it's nice to know that I'm covered just in case that something does goes wrong. The warranty prices are descent and thank God I still haven't used one yet.

Geek squad all day just purchase it for my protection with the kids and accidents never used it yet but according to what they would fix and how they go about it seams very good

Did great. Had a plan on our previous television and it went out after two years. It couldn’t be fixed so it was replaced by a newer television practically for free so we did another replacement plan.

Purchased a 5 year contract for my new bedroom TV. Good value for 5 Years protection on a large TV. Includes in home service for a set as large as mine. Well worth it as far as I am concerned.

My friend told me i was wasting my money getting this because all best buys will be out of business before my warranty expires but i didn't care. I keep faith they won't be

With these high tech TVs it's possible this type of coverage will come in handy, it sure did for a previous 70inch Sharp Aquos TV that I had to return. I now have this coverage for 2 recent large screen purchases. I would not risk a purchase now without it

This Warranty is useful for high usage and certain areas that the product will be used in, like high traffic areas and areas that are subject to electrical outages.

Must buy if purchasing an OLED TV. Geek Squad is the only plan available to cover burn-in. Best Buy has always backed the their products with amazing customer service satisfaction.

We love the Geek Squad! I damaged my husband's computer with liquid & although they couldn't save the computer, the Geek Squad recovered much of our history

The only good thing about it is knowing you'll have a replacement for 5 years if something goes bad. After dealing with the geek squad customer service multiple time on multiple products it leaves a lot to be desired. Plus I had to pay another $150 for new protection plan on my tv I traded in for, simply because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my tv. I don't think it's fair that I paid $150 initially for the protection and guarantee they will fix what's wrong and because they can't figure it out have to pay another $150 because they were stumped and tired of trying. 5-6 attempts and still couldn't get it.

As with other protection plans we have been satisfied with the assistance and helpfulness that they have always provided when we had an issue. We would always recommend purchasing a service plan.
