I purchased to protect my new VIZIO since it is my first SMART TV and I wanted the added security for a tv I was not familiar with. The cost for two years of service was very reasonable and the size of theset makes it fairly easy to take in for needed service.

Service has always been good. I've been a BestBuy customer for a while. Never had problems returning things. Always good quality & quick service. Keep uo the good work.

The agent over the phone was very friendly about helping me with my broken tv to replace it with a new one. Once the delivery agent brought the tv however, he was not helpful about mounting the tv. I already have a TV mount but he would not help me mount it.

If this tv is a lemon then I have a safety net. I hope I don’t have to use it

Had my 70 inch Sony tv go out. 1 week left on my 5 year warranty. They refunded all the money I spent on the TV. Helped me to buy replacement. Great to work with!

Every time I buy any electrical equipment like TV's, Computers, etc. I always purchase the geek squad extended warranty, they are efficient in solving any issues you may have.

I don’t know what I would do without this protection plan. I have personally used it before and it’s true hassle free protection. Best Buy is there to help or replace If needed. That simple.

Be prepared for unforeseen events. In addition, the service is very efficient.

I highly recommend getting the extra warranty on your TV. I’m only had to use it once and they were so kind and fast in trying to fix/replace my broken TV. I ALWAYS get the extra warranty now.

Better to hace a protetion. Best Buy gives the best guarantee Ive seen!

This is my 2nd tv in the past 3 years that has been replaced by the added warranty. Service reps are great respond in a timely manner. I happy with their service!

We are very satisfied with this plan. However, it has taken a long time to get an appointment at the store or get someone online to help. Not sure if COVID has had a part in this delay.

I bought my televisions at the Best Buy warehouse where I always find incredible quality, incredible deals and the prices are so cheap why not ensure it just in case something happens; it’s all well worth it.

Purchased the extended warranty for LG 42" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. Haven't had to use yet but have had Geek Squad Protection on other Best But items and have always fixed any problem I have ever had.

Made sure to take this out on my OLED tv, covers everything but accidental damage.

Hands down, the best no hassel warrenty program available. If you have an issue, call Geek Squad. They fix it or replace it with brand new one. Your model not available? They give you the newer version.
