[Employee of bestbuy] Always get Geek Squad. It is the best. So so good!

A secure feeling to know the Geek Squad is available should I need advice or help.

We have always used geek squad with every purchase and they have always been so helpful an quick to get things fixed or replaced

Can’t beat it. Something not working the way it did when you got it? Take it back and get another one. No mailing anything off. Which is why I get all my electronics from Best Buy and not anywhere else

They set up an appointment for anin home visit within the week that I called. Because of COVID Brandon from the Home Theater Department of Geek Squad (Home Theater Dept handles large TVs), took information from us over the phone to diagnose the problem prior to coming to our home. Based on our description he attempted to order the part he suspected was the problem. But the part wasn't available. So they called and told me I had a choice of an exchange for another of the same if it was available, another comparable tv costing the same as what I had paid for this one, or store credit for the total amount I paid for the original television. We chose the store credit. Within minutes I received two emails. The first was a copy of my original receipt. The second was the link for the store credit. It required my phone number and a Pin number that was on the bottom of the receipt from the first email. One click later and I had my store credit. It was really that EASY! We dealt with several people along the way. They were always pleasant and took their time to help us. By choosing the store credit, my husband and I were able to shop the current sales, decide if we wanted to downsize from 75", whether we wanted to spend less this time or maybe spend a little more. But several hours later we choose another 75" TV just not the same one. And YES we'll be purchasing the 5yr Warranty Plan again.

You can feel at ease with any Best Buy purchase when you back it up with an Geek Squad warranty.

The team was courteous, professional and personable. Whenever allowing strangers into your home, at baseline you don’t want folks giving you “the ick”. Well the team was outstanding and the setup was done much faster had my ego insisted that I could do it.

These are worth it in my opinion, no matter what you may be buying. Often times, something may quit on you just as a year has passed. Twenty bucks just gives you a little reassurance.

Peace of mind was worth a few dollars. Knowing in covered is worth it.

These gentlemen work every problem I have. And I use them a lot having little kids pressing buttons they shouldn’t. Broken or just a jam they get me taken care of. Even help me file for new stuff. Thanks guys for your help

I absolutely love this tv! So much extras packed into this model and then some. I love all the user friendly interface and all the different features I am a loyal Samsung consumer!

We purchased this option as to protect this $1000 unit. We had a great Samsung for 2 years with no Geek protection from BB. Any item that has potential of under-life potential will have this morning forward.

Bought the protection plan to preserve my investment, but time will tell when i call on them to hopefully remedy any problems that may arise with the samsung 7900u

This is the first time use of Geek squad for a defective TV. Absolutely awesome warranty support. Calling customer service was easy, was connected to a live person not a computer within a matter of minutes. An appointment was set up and a Geek squad member came down within a week to adjust the issue. Within 48 hours of issue in the system, my issue was resolved immediately. He wasn't fortunate that my TV was not repaired, but with a 5-year extended warranty, I was able to get a gift card as an exchange for my broken TV, and again ordered a brand new TV online and delivered to my house within week.

Very great price and I'm glad I got the coverage in case something happened

This option is Greatly a Excellent one. The Geek Squad are Excellent at their job. Best Buy has one of the Best Warranty solving Problems or any issues with Products sold by them.

Thankfully i have had to use this yet but im sure its good
