instead of taking chances with an expensive purchase of my tv, i covered it a 5 year protection plan. now i can not stress in case some issue arises with the tv.

I really like Geek Squad when things I bought and things stop working.

The protection is mediocre, and dosnt cover a lot of things, you don’t get a choice of replacement, even if you spend 5000 on a tv, you get the equivalent to the tv spec(wich could be next years 200$ tv,)

they held up to there end of the bargain. well worth the money spent. get it for any major purchase. great piece of mind.

I bought the Geek Squad Warranty for my Insignia Roku TV and I am glad I made that purchase! My TV had a bad speaker, so I returned it to the Best Buy store and got an exchange with no problem. :)

The agents keep my equipment working properly. I try and get equipment checkups every year and sometimes more often. The agents on Ray Rd. In Ahwatukee are great.

Purchased service because home computers had been hacked. Service was helpful and reassuring and timely and professes appropriate support for the future. Also assuring. Good deal re: price and promises.

When we purchased our new smart tv, we knew we wouldn't be able to fix it if something happened. Geek squad has an excellent reputation and we didn't hesitate to purchase their protection plan! Don't regret it 1 bit!

After working for Best Buy I definitely understand the purpose of Geek Squad Protection . So it was definitely a no brainer to add it on to my tv purchase .

My first T.v. messed up a week before the warranty went out. They brought me s new tv. Bigger than the one I had. So I renewed my warranty and will always this it.

No need for it...yet. Just purchased this with a new TV. I always get the extended warrantees. They've come in use many many times.

I purchase as a gift for my daughter after her tv broke while i was visiting

Haven't used it yet since the TV is relatively new and hasn't crapped out yet. Figured if it does, they will take care of it. Cheap insurance.

i have not purchased geek squad warranties before. i really regretted it was such a hassel to go through the manafacture warranty. i will never do that again. always go through geek squad. saves you time and money.

Always protest your purchases with a warranty it’s best to cover in the event of something happening

Great investment for teen daughter who is not good with electronics. Will cover her during her college years and can get assistance if anything goes wrong. Thank you!!

This plan is good for 5 years I found it affordable because in case of my tv gets damaged that plan would help cover the costs

I think it is wise to protect my investment . I have used this service on other Best Buy products and have seen the value in the warranty programs.
