The agents are very adept in their services and it works so easily with them taking control of your computer while you stay in the comfort of your home.

120 bucks for a 5 year warranty is a good investment. If they cannot fix the TV, after sending someone to your house to fix it, they will replace it at no cost. If it lasts longer than 5 years, then that's kudos to a quality TV. Well worth it.

So this is the second time I've purchased the extended warranty. It as already paid itself with another purchase I made that broke. So I don't think for the cost f the warranty that anyone can go wrong with it.

They were on time, cleaned up during the installation, very please with their professional installation, knowledge of equipment along with attitude of the employees

Purchased this added security for the new 65” Samsung TV. I hope I won’t need it, but with the cost of these large TV’s it can’t hurt.

I recommend that standard geek squad protection always be purchased if you expect any response by the geek squad when purchasing hardware from Best Buy if it requires installation and setup.

Bought an high end sound bar, spent a little extra for replacement protection in case it went bad past mfg warranty

The agent mounted my TV and connected all devices. The agent was very helpful and extremely friendly and never acted like he had to rush off to his next job.

I would always recommend geek squad coverage , u just never know when u would need the protection.

You'd be ridiculous not to get the extended warranties that Best buy gives for some products it's totally worth it for others not so worth it.
