Haven’t had any issues with any help with the tv! Really reliable

I highly recommend using the Geek Squad. I have had to use them a couple of times, but they were always helpful ad able to either fix the problem or replace the product. Well worth the money.

I used this service to ask a simple question and they were extremely helpful. Hopefully, will never need to use for something more serious, but glad they have my back if I do need assistance.

I’m OK with this warranty protection plan long as they do what they say they going to do I have no problem with it but we’ll see if something goes wrong.

picking up another x95j today as last 2 had problems, one had crack in screen and second had band down middle of screen, so picking another one up today, 2 year warranty is probably best to get although sam club and costo offer free 3 year warranty’s and 90 day return policy’s so i would like to see best buy’s policy’s on pair BUT only best buy will actually come to repair the tv in home, other stores ether ship it out for repair or replace entirely
