Well, I bought it as a precaution. Haven't needed to use it and I have never dealt with the Geek Squad before. Time will tell if this was a best buy!

Its always a great idea to have insurance on all of your electronics. This is a great protection plan, it's pennies on the dollar but it covers repair or replacement cost which could save hundreds.

Geek squad always has great service...always purchase the service.

Always purchase when my wife gets a new phone. Not That expensive and gives me peace of mind. Have not had to use it now or in the past thankfully.

I had a TV go out on me I bought from Sam's. Call the manufacturer they said . Eight TV from Bestbuy. Walked in with bad TV walked out with new 1 . Swap

Just activated my geek squad protection but not a bad deal for all these benefits and services for my brand new tv for the next 5 years for only $100.

haven't had to use this yet. That's a good thing. I purchased this because my last TV died after 11 months. could not get it fixed under warranty

I always purchase the Geek Squad plans since the 1st one I purchased covered the 1st tv I bought when it had an issue.

I can sit back and enjoy my sound bar knowing that its protected no matter what happen it and protected by a great company

Whenever I need a repair on my electronic items geek squad is always do nice and they resolve my issues!!!!

The Geek Squad protection plan is a no brainer, when compared to other retailers like WalMart. Although WalMart provides an extended warranty, they often make it difficult to replace or return your item.

We have had issues with appliances before so we did not take chances this time. We've always been happy with Gook Squad's CS and value.

Great extended warranty for the price as a my Best Buy member. Hopefully won’t have to use but glad to have the extended coverage.

Purchased this along my with a TV. It's great to have just in case something happens. Lots of reasons they will fix and or replace. Lost a great TV to a lightning storm. Don't want that again!

Just needed a Lil extra insurance because of the wife but I told her we are waisting money because we have 3 other Insignias & didn’t have any problems.

Havent had to use it yet, but so glad that I purchased it as a backup protection plan for my technology/ devices.
