My old tv died abruptly and they tried to repair it because it was covered. It couldn’t be fixed so they returned all of my original purchase price! I bought another TV with it. I’ll always get this protection on TV’s. They don’t make them like they used to.

Best Buy warranty is great. I purchase one with any big purchase I make from them. Always take care of any issues I have.

I bought a 5 year protection plan for my tv and the price was affordable. Now I don’t have to worry about buying a new tv or replacing it every thanksgiving.

I had to have 2 laptops serviced and Best Buy repaired them with no problem, at no cost and in a timely manner. That's what I call great service.

I bought this on a tv that replaced one from lightning damage, it was 3 years old and I wish I would have had the protection on the previous one.

i've not used this yet but going by past experience from Geek Squad service ill always recommend especially for expensive TV purchases
