I purchased this protection plan because I’ve had issues with other items in the past that I regretted not getting it. Used it once and it was worth it.

ALTHOUGH WE HAVE NOT HAD TO USE IT, I WANTED THE PROTECTION AS TV'S NOW ARE COMPLEX. I'M HAPPY WE PURCHASED THE SAFETY NET...JUST IN CASE.

Protection plan is great and well worth the money, highly recommend when purchasing electronics. Service was completed in a timely fashion.

I don't usually buy the protection plans on items that I purchase, however when I bought my 3-D TV, I did. Now I'm glad I did as my TV has a sound problem, and It will be fixed at no charge to me

If you buy anything electronic, you should think about getting this service. They are very knowledgeable and helpful whenever I have an issue.

I got this for the TV, and while I have not yet needed to use it, for the price you can't beat the insurance. When I have used their protection plans in the past they have been great to work with.

I always get the geek squad protection on my devices. It has paid off multiple times and Best Buy gives me no haste when I need to use it.

I believe it's important to get a protection on any TV over a 1,000 dollars just play it safe. Geek squad service is quick to help with any that happens.

Never had a problem with Geek Squad or a Best Buy protection plan and have had problems with other companies "insurance" or "protection plans".

If I could give it a 0 star I would, brand new tv came broke and customer service was terrible saying it’s nothing they could do about it
