    I went ahead and purchased this extra 2 year protection plan as I do on certain items I purchase at Best Buy. They will fix or replace with no questions asked. Better safe then sorry.

    Hope I never have to use it, think thats the same with all insurance. Great price though especially when compared to the 3 year cost

    If you purchase a new tv the geek squad extended warranty is a must in this day where nothing is made to last longer than a year or 2

    Luckily my Sony was still under 5 years warranty so when they could not repair it and I replaced it I bought the same 5 years protection.
