Picked the geek squad protection with my new 70 inch TV. Can’t go wrong with this warranty. Hopefully I don’t ever need to use it but the cost is definitely worth the cost. I bought the new Tv due to an accident with my old tv that would have been covered if I had this service in the 1st place…

I haven’t needed to use the Geek Squad service yet, but it’s great knowing I have the warranty if something goes wrong. It gives me peace of mind, and the setup process for coverage was easy and clear.

Good TV, problems arise when one becomes familiar with the interface. Redundant steps to access content; antiquated format.

I bough it because it includes damages by voltage and where I live the electricity isn’t steady

Was going to get the 2 year plan, but decided on 5 year after some thought. With the 2 year plan you are paying for one year after manufacturer warranty expires. My new TCL 75 inch TV is covered and I am pleased. Had the plan years ago on another TV and when that could not be repaired , the warranty company gave me a code, I walked into Best Buy and picked a new TV... no money out of pocket, so prior use and peace of mind !

I always get Geek Squad protection on my electronics. It’s just provides a peace of mind. Thankfully I’ve never had to use it.

Good to have if ever needed, hoping that I don’t and my product continues past 5 years.

I got this plan and I have yet to use it and hopefully I don't need to since I bought a expensive tv but I know that if I do need it I wouldn't have to sweat with a replacement.

They are always there available, helpful and informative on issues that arise. I am lucky that I haven't had to use them too often but they are good at what they do.
