It is a nice basic 4k smart tv, but the operating system is just so different for me, and it doesnt get some streaming channels, 1 very important to me i ended up getting an Amazon fire stick. It only has 1 hdmi connection as well which is really a pain. Another thing i had to add onto this, an hdmi splitter which worked ok for 1 day. Oyy.

My Geek Squad service is very awesome and the delivery is very seamless ! Have never regretted buying from Best Buy

After doing research on televisions we purchased a LG 55 inch. Brought it back the next day, no hassle return too, because it was just too big for our small living room and the sound was not great either. We exchanged it for a 48 inch Sony Bravia TV. That was the best move we could have made. The picture is crisp, the sound is incredible from the built in speakers, much better than the LG, and it is a SMART TV also. Price was right too. I have to say also that the salesman who helped us was tremendous. Very knowledgeable and courteous. It's nice when you can get answers to questions you don't know to ask. We have never been fans of Best Buy, but I believe this whole experience turned us around. They really know their stuff. Thank You.....

The agents mounted my TV and installed all my speakers and hooked up my subwoofer, Satellite DVD, and all my extras in every room, they also went an extra step and were able to have the cords come out near the electric plugs so the wires were not hanging everywhere. Very professional job and they were very nice during the process.

Makes me feel safe I have professionals that will work on my products.

It’s nice to have a piece of mind that I have warranty over the TV and I did at first didn’t want to get it and then I decided against that and got it anyways and they just easily approved it so I like that that I don’t have to do a bunch of paperwork to do it

I favor buying from Best Buy largely because of their Geek Squad for technical questions!

I bought a television over 4 years ago, Had to take it back because it was malfunctioning. Customers, anytime your purchase an electronic item from BestBuy, always, always, always purchase the extended warranty with the Geek Squad! Indeed it the best investment ever. They truly stand by their word! They refunded my money since they weren’t able to fix the television and I bought a brand new updated one with better features!

Wonderful technician. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood everything. Very impressed with service. On time and very helpful.

I have not had a chance to actually use them but I have heard a lot of great things. I hope that I do not need to use them and this was just for protection but from what I have heard, they are well trained individuals.

I have always wanted to get an OLED TV but was always afraid of burn in. With this protection plan, I was able to safely take the leap and boy am I happy I did so. If you're in the market for an OLED TV, don't even think about it, get this protection.

I bought a tv 8 years ago without a protection plan in it started malfunctioning 1 month after the basic manufacturer warranty expired. Vowed never to get a tv without it after that. Always recommend the warranties now

Geek Squad 5 years plan save my bacon on TV’s twice now, it’s a must have for any owners purchasing at Best Buy.

I've never needed to use the geek squad service plan that I purchased, but when you meet them in the store you know they are totally capable of handling any technical issues you may have with a variety of products. Definitely something I suggest with every purchase, especially those who aren't tech savvy, like me.

Geek Squad always someone ready to answer your questions and at the ready when you need to make an appointment.

Geek squad is the best part of shopping at Best Buy. When I go in to the store they are always helpful and work with me to resolve questions or problems. When they come out to set up or correct problems they are courteous, competent and are able to demonstrate how the product works. For those of us who are not good at technology they are a very valuable resource. Just know that if you need help during covid they are very hard to reach by phone - it is far better to go into the store in person and speak directly to one of the techs.
