It's Geek Squad support. What can I really say other than they will help you. I got this as a way of extending the warranty on my new TV. Really this is a peace of mind service. Just payit once and then you're guaranteed 5 years of service on your purchase. It's just one less thing to worry about.

I purchased the 5 year Warranty on a Sharp TV. WITH 2 months left on the Warranty , it woukdnot start. BESTBUY replacec the TV when it was unable to be replaced. Great purchase. Great price.

I have been getting the Geek Squad protection on my Best Buy purchases for years. It's definitely worth it as they will either fix the problem or replace the item with the newest model if the model isn't available any longer. I love having the piece of mind knowing that if something happens, I don't have to spend a ton of money to replace it. Geek Squad is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Definitely worth the money for larger purchases.

I always purchase the Greek squad agreement when I purchase televisions as the manufactures warranty does not include shipping and at times the service is not very good. I have found that the geek squad service backs up the purchase of the TV really well.

The Geek Squad 5-year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a must with all electronic purchases. I have not utilized the plan, but it's peace of mind knowing that our purchases are covered for the unexpected. There was no deductible only coverage at the fullest.

If you buy electronics that are more than 1000 dollars, you should have this protection. I have used it twice and it was easy to get a replacement both times. Figure after a year, the television you had will be outdated and if something happens, you will get something that is comparable.

Love the television but really appreciated Steven Wrenn of Geek Squad who installed it within my home theater group. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining everything to me. I also purchased at his suggestion a master remote controller. He programmed and again explained how to find everything I needed. I LOVE having one device do it all. If I ever need a Geek Squad service call I hope Steven is one to respond.
