Doing its job and I think the service is good and pls keep it up

Had an issue with a new tv, nothing to do with Best Buy, from the factory. They were very responsive and reliable. Very helpful and reactive. Glad I paid for the service.

I feel that the geek squad is better than any warranty. Just contact them and your issue is handled quickly.

Bought a tv with the extended warranty. A yeast later, the TV had an issue ans instaad of fixed, we opted for the gift card and we upgraded.

They helped me find out the Fubo is incompatible with my TV..they actually got me in touch with the manufacturer.

The warranties from the geek squad are always worth the money.

Very helpful with any questions that you may have. The plan is great to have because you don't have to worry about if something happens to it then it is covered.

I Purchase Protection on every best buy item I buy, but not just any protection........ Geek Sqaud protection! They replace with equal value of a product if your not satisfied. Im always going to recommend them because every time they have done service or replacements of my products its been shown to me that they are very concerned about my satisfaction towards their service and that is the bottom line most important thing for me as a customer. 5 stars guys!

i got a problem before with a tv, the send a technician, and they give me a gift card for the amount i paid, because the tv was not fixable, so next time i got the service again, so i dont loose my money

The Squad of Geeks at Best Buy have saved my butt more times than I can count - I am grateful to the protection that I have under them.

The Geek Squad service is always excellent, no complaints with them. The only part that sucks is how fast the protection plan deuterates. Used on a TV and within 4 months of purchase we lost a good chunk of the money when having to do a return. Not sure it is worth paying for, but was helpful.

I had the protection on my old TV. They couldn't fix it so they gave me a new one. ( NO HEADACHE OR EXCUSES) They stand behind their warranty. I would recommend everyone take out The Standard Geek Squad protection. It saved my pocketbook about 600 dollars.

I wish I could sell this service for BBY... It is so inexpensive (based on the cost of the product) and depending on what it is you buy there really is not anything it does not cover - PLEASE, I beg you to read the fine print though, certain items have different coverages like any other "insurance" - this is just the easiest EVER!

I was helped with all needed, they were very knowledgable and helpful in my situation, they also went way beyond the call of duty

This insurance is awesome. Twice I've had to replace televisions with this insurance and they were completely covered.
