So glad I bought this insurance as the next day I needed to call as the TV was having issues. They immediately replaced it without any problem arising, quick and efficient.

I havent used it but it does offer peace of mind knowing im covered.

I’d gotten this warranty with a brand new tv, and when we hired someone (not from Best Buy) to mount the tv on the wall, he broke it. It was literally two weeks old. The warranty doesn’t cover damages, but when I called Geek Squad to ask whether I could transfer the warranty to the new tv I was going to have to buy, they made an exception for me due to my unfortunate circumstance and told me they’d replace my entire tv. I was so shocked and blown away because I didn’t expect that at all and was fully preparing to buy another tv. The customer service is the best I’ve encountered and it’s absolutely worth it to buy the warranty.

I got the Geek Squad coverage on a brand new LG C4 oled. It's my 1st oled which is an incredible tv. But wanted the peace of mind with coverage on this TV just in case

Have not used the protection service yet. I hope I never have too. That's the reason I only gave it 4 stars. I hated even to rate it until I use it if I ever do. I believe there is a time limit on rating it. I do know they did a very nice jog delivering it and installing it.

I mean, havent had to use it yet. But have confidence that there is some coverage for 100" tv. Price was reasonable (because tv price was reasonable too)

I purchased the five year warranty in case of future problems. I haven’t had any issues so I can’t comment on the service. It’s good to know you have it just in case something happens.

This 55-inch TV offers great picture and sound quality at an affordable price. The setup was easy, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it.

Seems I always get Geek Squad warranty n never need it but it’s better to get it n hav it n not need it than to not get it n then need it Better to b safe than sorry

Fortunately have only had to use the geek squad service a handful of times, but when I do they were quick to act and was a very pleasant and easy experience.

Thank you for all your help in removing the huge program on my computer and not making fun of my really old lap top! Yes I will be in soon to get an new one.
