I have not use it and I hope I wont use it but I read that they are great.

I love the geek squad protection if there’s ever any issues you bring it they fix it or replace it

Just lost my TV after 4 1/2 years. They gave me back ALL my money in credit to put towards a new TV. The Upgrade is 5 times better TV, and with a $1000 credit, I only spent $1400....yes, I bought a top of the line OLED...that's why it was $2400, but affordable with the $1000 credit. This is the 2nd time that has happened to me with a TV in the past 15 years, and both times I got ALL my money back in credit for a replacement. ALWAYS get the 5-year on a TV. Even if it lasts the whole 5 years, it will probably need a repair, and that alone more than covers the cost of the warranty.

I bought the coverage for my open box TV. I haven't had to use it, but I suppose the peace of mind is worth the price.

The colors are unbelievable. It has built in surround sound. There are more channels and apps to count. I am very happy with this purchase.

Must have on any tv! Over the years I’ve made it a must to include geek quad on all my tv purchases. They are prompt, capable and stand by their products.

We haven't had any reason to need the Geek Squad, but happy to know they will be there if we do need them.

I always get the warranty package!!! Highly recommend! I had my previous TV from Best Buy and it went out after only 18 months. Best Buy replaced it and reinstalled the new one at NO Charge!

They do great work and help with all my needs even time I have a question they know the answer even ten years back when I purchased stuff for Best buy they can still help .

The Geek Squad Protection saved my sanity after a major hardware failure, I brought my HP computer in to the local Geek Squad office for evaluation and repair. The agent exceeded my expectations and got the thing working again in a few short days. The Geek Squad also brought a laptop back to life. I consider the protection plan a good investment, both in overall cost savings for repairs, but reducing my aggravation with something fails.

This is one of the best investments I've ever made! I ended up using the Geek Squad for ALL of my electrical items purchased at Best Buy or not! The protection is soooo applicable to so many scenarios of needs by a common user of laptops, cell phones, copiers and tablets! The services (in person or on the phone), the automatic extended warranties and free deliveries have more than paid for my service protection twice over! Each "geek" has been stellar in their knowledge and friendly in their service!

Geek squad service is a must. If you are buying anything from best buy, it is worth spending a fee bucks for the geek squad protection. I got a sony TV and installed the tv stands. I noticed after my installation that the TV was shaking and it could fall down. I called best buy and the Geek Squad team were very happy to help.

The TV was good until it wasn’t. Everything was great and the clarity was amazing until right around the time the geek squad protection plan expired. A little over two years the clarity is horrible and liked shows here and there thought out the sceeen. What looks like white lines are not apart of the show as this is how is shows up

I love the purchase! The audio is the most impressive to me even more so than the 4k visuals. I can feel the floor shake in my apartment when explosions or any big boom sound is made in a movie or playing my PS5 games. Having a 65" TV of this quality in my living room feels so good. I made a great purchase. If you love playing video games this TV is definitely worth purchasing. I also love listening to music on it. The sound quality like I mentioned is amazing.

Best Buy and Geek Squad have ALWAYS given me the best of care and service when it comes to their Protection Plans. Any time I have every had an issue with an item that was under warranty they quickly took action to fix my issue, whether it was to repair the item back to fully working condition or replacing the item promptly if it could not be fixed. Best Buy has always handled the situation to my fullest satisfaction. That is why I tell anyone who asks, my first choice will always be to get my electronics from Best Buy because of their Protection Plan!!!

I buy extended warranties on every electronics device and appliance I've purchase at Best Buy. Several years ago I bought a desktop gaming computer for my son for Christmas along with the extended warranty. He didn't take very good care of it and his mother helped things along when she dropped it and all the glass broke. In the third year of the three year warranty, I returned the thing for repair. Whatever part was needed was no longer available so Best Buy gave me a complete refund. I couldn't believe it! But I am now a believer in their extended warranty program.

It just arrived, I installed it and everything was as expected, great image quality, sound. The perfect installation process, the TV does everything almost by itself, I recommend it to all those who are lovers of good things in terms of quality-price, I recommend that two people assemble it due to the weight and safety
