Had 2 tvs replaced by Best Buy and had no problems with them! I always buy it on all my tvs! About to buy another tv from Best Buy and the service plan! Only people I buy from!

So Far I have not needed to use this as the TV is working fine. I have only had it for about a month.

Had this on my last TV, it began having issues just before plan expired so I got lucky. BB kept trying to repair it but then something else came up. I was kind of ticked off as it was costing more to keep trying useless repairs. Finally after over 3 months of failed attempts they called it a wash. I took the full credit and upgraded to a better set. It was a pain but in the end they apologized when they reveiwed my purchase history. I got another 5 year plan for the new TV.

Havent needed this for anything i own but im definitely glad i have them as potential help for when and if s problem arises. Either way i have used them for non purchased items and they always do great work. Id definitely use them for electronics in the future anytime

Since the tv was on sale, I bought the protection for a great buy and now can relax if something happens in the next 5 years with my tv. You never know how long something will work but I’m protected if it stops working.

Any issue that I had geek squad they been there helping to me to fix it I would 100 percent recommend the insurance

I bought an open box Samsung Q90 tv that was only missing the standard tabletop mount. When it was received at my home I found a decent scratch where the tv was bubble wrapped and undoubtedly was rubbed by a pallet jack during transportation and the delivery team didn’t bring the correct One Connect box with it. I always buy this protection and I swear it never fails me. if I need any assistance or need my device replaced for any reason geek squad is always there for me. I like how Best Buy gives you the option to buy the protection at a discounted price yea its ONLY for that particular device but its so worth it! if you don't purchase the geek squad protection with any purchase (that's eligible) from Best Buy then your going to be coming out of pocket for repairs and possibly a new item and it will end up being a pretty penny!

the process was straight forward, my only complaint was that it was required by bestbuy to have ppl come out to my house to retrieve my broken tv and deliver the new one. I was more than happy to take it back to the store myself and swap it same day, but bc of bestbuy policy, I had to go 2 days without a tv.

Landon was super helpful in my research for a tv upgrade. I was specifically interested in the 4K tvs' with 120hz refresh rate for under $600. This Vizio was on sale & $30 less than what Wal-Mart priced for& I got the geek-squad protection since I got a baby on the way & there may be possibility of breakage in the first few years. But with that protection, all I have to do is bring it to the store to resolve my problem rather than shipping it to a repair center & waiting weeks..Plus this option was the best deal Landon was able to find & I was able to physically preview before buying.
