Best extended warranties in the market, response is awesome and cover all types of issues

I have not had a chance to actually use them but I have heard a lot of great things. I hope that I do not need to use them and this was just for protection but from what I have heard, they are well trained individuals.

I bought a tv 8 years ago without a protection plan in it started malfunctioning 1 month after the basic manufacturer warranty expired. Vowed never to get a tv without it after that. Always recommend the warranties now

The entire team from the salesman that helped us pick out our television to the other young ladies with lots of great information of the products sold in the store and our cashiers. Each person was polite and helpful! Due to great service we have returned and purchased a laptop from Best Buy1

I wanted to make sure I had a safe guard with this ROKU TV in case of future issues

I think this is on my sound bar and hopefully I will never have to use it but glad to have peace of mind knowing if I do I can bring it in and they will take care of it.

And he's always a good thing to purchase the protection plan.

Worth every penny to extend my warranty 2 more years and to get Geek Squad home service to fix and repair my new TV. I have had back surgery recently and am older. I needed a Geek Squad warranty to have the luxury of home service vs me having to load up my TV and taking it to a repair shop.

Quality and price is amazing, will always do business with Best Buy, looking forward for a desk top computer system for December time frame.

When I purchased my new Samsung TV, I decided to pay the Geek Squad for delivery and installation. So happy I did. It did not take them much time to get everything up and working. They also reviewed and showed me all the different options that this TV has to offer. I'm not very techy, so it will take a little time to learn how to do everything quickly, but I will get there. Thank you to the (2) gentlemen from the Geek Squad for doing an amazing job and helping to understand all of its options.

LOVE my new tv. Great price, awesome and easy to use remote. It literally has everything in a smart tv that you would want. I like that even my non-techy grandma is able to easily navigate the tv/apps/and remotes. Also has voice search feature which is very convenient. It was super easy 1 step, push of a button to get my cable tv remote paired with the new tv. I loved that part because usually they have codes you have to fuss with and it takes too long or you don't have the code etc. I definitely recommend this TV!

Very affordable accidental insurance for the tv I purchased.

Glad to have the option for support if anything breaks on this product.

Seems to be a great service but forewarning, you must pay separate for each item you want covered.

Let’s hope the tv either lasts longer or breaks within g the 5 year window, this warranty purchase will determine if I ever purchase one again. 10/10….
